Desk Days HQ Privacy Policy

Desk Days HQ is designed to keep your information private. All of your data stays on your device — we have no servers, no accounts, and we never receive a copy of your information.

Data we collect

None. Desk Days HQ does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. There is no sign-in and no user account.

Data you enter

Your working pattern, attendance, leave allowances and settings are stored locally on your device using Apple’s on-device storage. This information never leaves your device unless you choose to share it — for example, by exporting a CSV file and sending it yourself.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to us or any third party.

Analytics & tracking

Desk Days HQ contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind.

Deleting your data

Because everything is stored on your device, deleting the app permanently removes all of your Desk Days HQ data.

Accuracy & your responsibility

Desk Days HQ helps you plan and record your own attendance and leave. Every figure it shows — office targets, leave balances, suggested allowances — is worked out from the details you enter, and is an estimate rather than a statement of your entitlement. Allowance guidance refers to UK statutory minimums and is not legal, financial or employment advice.

Always check your contract, staff handbook or HR team for your actual leave entitlement and office attendance policy. Meeting your employer's requirements remains your responsibility, and the app is provided for your own planning without any warranty that its figures match your employer's records. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
